Local Governments
ECN implements innovative concepts to improve the security, autonomy, and energy efficiency of local governments.
ECN, in cooperation with the Mazovia Cluster ICT, creates, manages and finances Local Energy Clusters and Energy Cooperatives. The Mazovia Cluster ICT, in accordance with the decisions of the Minister of Economy of 14.10.2015r, and the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology of 17.12.2018, and the Minister of Development and Technology of 17.12.2021r, has the status of Key National Cluster, confirming that the Cluster has significant importance for the Polish economy and its high competitiveness.
Local Energy Clusters and Energy Cooperatives create self-balancing energy areas that allow local heating plants to achieve the status of an energy-efficient enterprise and implement modern energy services for households and businesses. These services include the launch of green public transportation, support for the development of electromobility, individual and institutional prosumers, construction of a hybrid heat system, development of smart metering. All this goes hand in hand with strengthening modern energy competence.
Local Energy and heat Companies
ECN offers heat power companies unique solutions in Europe and in the world to achieve the green transformation of thermal power plants. Our offer includes production, distribution, and trading of green energy, including biomethane – the fuel of the future.
