ECN S.A. was established in 2021. Its founders and shareholders are: Mazovia Cluster ICT, Key National Cluster, Energotechnika sp. z o.o., and Arcitc Paper S.A.
ECN Consortium has won the pre-commercial procurement tender opened by the government agency, National
Center for Research and Development (NCBR).

ECN leads the consortium implementing “Safe and Clean Energy for Sokolow” project, funded by the National Center for Research and Development. The project will develop a pioneering architecture of Local Energy Cluster using biomethane.
